Nude Photoshoot 8 2 08 7

I'm really not sure how I feel about putting these up; these are pictures taken by a professional photographer who needed to expand his portfolio, and, considering my family all check this site occasionally, let's just say I'm nervous about posting up artistic nudes involving myself and another man. Granted, I'm out to my family, but a long time ago, when I was behind the camera during the "Butch" photoshoot, my mother told me, "There's a fine line between nude photography and pornography." For more than one shot I felt I've crossed that line; besides intentionally maintaining an erection for a good number of the nude shots (erection tends to equal porn), many of them are incredibly sensual. My partner in these photos is a friend of mine, Joey. This, oddly, was our second date; I asked him to come more for security than anything else, though it amounted to an unusual (and liberating/exhilirating) date for both of us. With that said, we had great chemistry on camera, but as I was the one who contacted the photographer, Joey was really more a living prop than anything else...

I also feel weird about posting pictures I did not myself take. Granted, I modeled in these (obviously), but the artistry really comes from working the lens, not rockin' it. >.>

With that said, I feel like, since this was an artistic endeavor in which I participated, I should share them. So, I'm selecting a few I enjoyed and feel comfortable posting. Hopefully devart won't see them as pornographic; that honestly isn't (and, at the time, wasn't!) their intent. We were trying for male-male sensuality.

That's the funny thing about picture pornography. There's no sex involved, just human form in awkward sexual positions to suggest movement and juices and explosions. With this, Joey and I really didn't have sex in front of a camera, he was just holding me; it was a pose devoid of sex, and we had to rely on the photographer and model instinct to add motion and fill in the blanks between poses 1 and 2. This one was intended to be highly sensual, and I was a little uncomfortable with the subject; I feel you can gain sensuality without sexuality. But, it turned out well, I thought, hence my posting.
